TO BLOG OR NOT TO BLOG....

Well, after years of visiting endless blogs of friends and strangers, I have decided to join the bandwagon and begin a blog of my own. My hesitation to blog always came from thinking that nobody would be interested in what I have to say or photos I have to share, but I have begun to realize that that isn't the point.

I have just spent the last year of my life raising my new daughter, Sophia. I am now about to return to the workforce, and it is here where I think the tool of blogging will come in handy. It seems difficult enough to stay in touch with friends and family, especially those out of the country, while simply being a stay at home mom - factor into that a 40 hour work week, and I fear I will lose touch with everyone.

So from here on in, I will be posting Sophia updates, and the adventures of our family on the blog so that loved ones near and far can stay in touch, even without actually emailing or talking to me.

Whether you add this blog to your probably growing list of blogs to visit or not, I will feel better in knowing that I can still brag about "La Preciosa" no matter how busy our lives will get!
